Only two reasons were given for choice of site - that of reputation of the area.
Since the project aim in part is not just the return of the Ice Rink, but also to help bring the area to prosperity, I will stick with the current proposal.
15th January - 22nd January 2010:
Following the release of the Pre-Application Drawings - you were asked:

We received many comments on the scheme, all were positive and very helpful. Unfortunately, those saying NO did not give us any further details - please continue to give us your comments via 'your comments' Tab. Thank yoy.
