Outline Planning Granted

Panel members voted unanimously in favour of the scheme.

Planning date set

The application will be going forward to planning panel on 20th July 2010. Let us know if you will be there!

Conference with officers

A meeting took place to resolve outstanding issues.

Target Date Missed

The target date (13 weeks) will not be achieved in this case. We continue to work with the council to clarify outstanding matters. It is hoped these will be clarified quickly and the matter taken to committee at earliest possibility - hopefully June 2010 - but wait for update.

Planning application lodged with council

The application dated 22nd March 2010 has now been accepted by Southampton Council. Determination will need to be made within 13 weeks to comply with government guidelines.
