Details from planning department received on transport and design.
Following our meeting with the council on Friday 15th January. We have now received more detailed information on the plans in relation to the considerations that need to be given to scale and layout and also in terms of the highway and archaeologyical issues.
We have also arranged meetings with the Environmental agency.
These will now be discussed further at meetings to be arranged with the council so that the considerations can be built into the design to be submitted for planning application. The submission of the application is now unlikely to be by end of February, updates will continue to be posted on this site.
